🎓️️Prof. Ning Wang Dalian Maritime University, China Wang Ning is a professor and doctoral advisor at the School of Marine Engineering, Dalian Maritime University, and a recipient of the National High-Level Talent Program’s “Outstanding Young Talent” award. He is currently employed at the School of Marine Engineering, Dalian Maritime University, where he serves as the head of the National Key Discipline in Marine Engineering and director of the Dalian Key Laboratory of Green Power Control and Testing for Intelligent Ships. He has long been engaged in research on key technologies and equipment related to the navigation and propulsion control of hybrid-electric vessels, perception and control of unmanned vessels, and intelligent unmanned marine systems. He has led more than 20 major research projects, including Key Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Basic Research Enhancement Program of the Central Military Science Commission. He was the first in the world to propose the theory and technology of self-learning control for unmanned vessels and developed the “Zhihai” series of unmanned vessels for near-shore and shallow-water monitoring, achieving significant results in application areas such as maritime search and rescue and oceanographic surveying. His research has been selected multiple times as a major scientific and technological innovation achievement in the transportation sector. |
🎓️️Prof. Guoqiang Zhang Harbin Institute of Technology, China Zhang Guoqiang, Professor, Ph.D. advisor, IEEE Senior Member, and Zhongda Young Scholar. His research focuses on AC motor drive control technology, sensorless control, efficiency optimization control, and drive control for systems without electrolytic capacitors. He has published four English-language monographs (Springer, one as lead editor and three as co-author), over 100 high-impact academic papers, and holds more than 30 authorized invention patents. He has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Program B/formerly Outstanding Young Scholars, Youth Program C, and two General Program grants), the National Major Science and Technology Special Project, the Aviation Science Foundation, the Delta Power Electronics Science and Education Development Program, and corporate science and technology collaboration projects. He serves as an associate editor for journals such as *IEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion*, deputy director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Sustainable Energy Conversion and Control Technology, a member of the Youth Working Committee and the Professional Committee on Electrical Control Systems and Devices of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, a member of the Professional Committee on Electrical Automation of the Chinese Association of Automation, a member of the Technical Committee of the PCIM Asia Conference, and a reviewer for multiple *IEEE Transactions* journals. |
