	Prof. Shuping He Anhui University, China Shuping He is the professor and vice president of Anhui University; He serves as the team leader for the national first-class course “Circuits” and the Anhui Province excellent graduate student mentor team. He primarily engages in research on complex system optimization and control, having presided over 6 national-level funds and projects, as well as over 20 projects including talent projects of the Ministry of Education, Anhui Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund, Key Fund, and Key Research and Development Plan. He has published more than 60 papers in Automatica and IEEE Transactions, including over 30 hot/highly cited papers, obtained 30 authorized invention patents, and authored 3 books in both Chinese and English. Currently, he serves as an editorial board member for journals such as Neurocomputing and Chinese Journal of Intelligent Science and Technology. Hr has awarded 4 first prizes for teaching achievements in Anhui Province (first place), the National Baosteel Excellent Teacher Award, the China Industry- University-Research Collaboration Innovation Individual Award, the second prize for science and technology in Anhui Province (first place), and the first prize for natural sciences/innovative team award from the Chinese Association of Automation. Additionally, he serves as a supervisor for the Higher Education Branch of the China Association of Higher Education, a member of the Science Popularization Working Committee of the Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence, and a member of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation.
	Prof. Dong Shen Renmin University of China, China Shen Dong, Wu Yuzhang Distinguished Professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Mathematics, Renmin University of China. He received his Ph.D. in 2010 from the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and has worked at the Institute of Automation of CAS and Beijing University of Chemical Technology. He has conducted academic visits at the National University of Singapore and RMIT University in Australia. His research interests include intelligent learning control, control and optimization of stochastic systems, and distributed artificial intelligence. He serves as an editorial board member for several SCI journals and as the editor-in-chief of the Springer Nature book series "Intelligent Control and Learning Systems." He has published six academic monographs and over 60 papers in IEEE Transactions, JAS, and Automatica. He has been listed among the world's top 2% most-cited scientists and Elsevier's Highly Cited Chinese Researchers.
	Prof. Qinmin Yang Zhejiang University, China Yang Qinmin, distinguished professor from Zhejiang University, was selected as a Changjiang Scholar from the Ministry of Education. He received his Ph.D. in electronic engineering from the University of Missouri, USA, and was a senior system engineer of Caterpillar. He has presided over the joint key projects of Natural Science Foundation, general projects, 863 projects of Ministry of Science and Technology and intelligent manufacturing projects of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Now he is a senior member of IEEE, deputy director of ADPRL Committee of Chinese Automation Society, secretary general of new energy group of control theory Committee, and serves as editorial board of domestic and foreign periodicals such as IEEE TNNLS, TSMC: Systems, TIMC, etc. He has won the first prize and the second prize of Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Automation Society, the excellent doctoral thesis tutor award of Automation Society, and the leading talents of Zhejiang Ten Thousand Talents Program.
	Prof. Xuhui Bu Henan Polytechnic University, China Bu Xuhui, professor and doctoral supervisor. Leading talents in scientific and technological innovation in Central Plains, Jieqing in Henan Province, thousands of talents in Central Plains-top talents in Central Plains, high-level talents in Henan Province, heads of scientific and technological innovation teams in universities in Henan Province, and top 2% scientists in Stanford University. 	Prof. Jianwei Xia Liaocheng University, China Xia Jianwei, Ph.D., professor, doctoral supervisor, director of the graduate department of Liaocheng University and dean of the School of Mathematical Sciences. Huang Danian-style teaching team leader of Shandong Province, outstanding graduate student guidance team leader of Shandong Province, Guangyue scholar of Liaocheng University, young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions in Liaocheng City, and member of IEEE. 	Researcher Mingqing Zhu Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing, Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences, China Researcher Zhu Mingqing primarily engages in scientific research in the field of Control Science and Engineering. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Heilongjiang Provincial Association for Science and Technology, Secretary-General and Deputy Director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Automation Society, Council Member of the Chinese Association of Automation, and Senior Member of the Chinese Institute of Artificial Intelligence. He has undertaken over 30 projects, including those under the National Science and Technology Support Program and Provincial Key Research and Development Programs, published more than 60 academic papers, and obtained over 10 authorized invention patents.
